Airtime credit service (ACS) is a cashless microloan that allows customers to stay online even when they run out of their prepaid call, text, SMS or VAS package.
We work with over 550 mobile operators across more than 160 countries and provide over 6.5 million airtime and data loans every day.
We apply various methodologies and data science technologies to optimal profile, score and engage customers - essentially we determine the amount of credit each user qualifies for and will not issue any new loans until the outstanding amount is repaid in full at the next top-up.

How it works
The prepaid customer runs out of airtime and requests call, text, SMS or VAS renewal
Our algorithm establishes whether the subscriber is eligible to receive a microloan
We advance the customer with airtime, data or VAS subscription
The customer uses the loan and repays the advanced amount, plus the service fee, on their next account top-up
